Everyday items as gym equipment

Use these everyday items to substitute for gym equipment:
1. A milk jug makes a great hand held weight because of the handle - filled up is 8# so you can alter the heaviness by how much liquid you put in it to meet your needs.
2. Use hammers, wrenches or other hand held tools for arm weights.
3. Bungee cords for arm and leg ex instead of exercise bands.
4. Can of beans or soup for arm ex
5. Fill a duffle bag and use it to lift and carry
6. Take a kids ball , cut a small hole , fill with sand, and cover with duct tape for a weighted ball.
7. Laundry bags/ baskets for lifting and squatting
8. Those sliders that help move furniture make great sliders for leg workouts.
